Welcome to CHRME. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use CHRME.

1. Community guidelines & objectionable content

CHRME has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using CHRME you agree not to post, share, or send content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or discrimination — and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users.

Accounts that violate these guidelines may be suspended or removed without notice. We reserve the right to remove any content and to terminate any account that breaches these Terms.

2. Content moderation & enforcement

Content is filtered for prohibited language when it is submitted.
Every user can report/flag objectionable content from the "…" menu on a post, and can block any abusive user.
We review reports and act on violations — including removing content and banning users — typically within 24 hours.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the content you post and for activity on your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use CHRME.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Profile → menu → Delete account).

4. Cheers & shared links

Cheers sent through a personal cheer link are subject to the same community guidelines. Do not use cheer links to send abusive, harassing, or objectionable messages.

5. Disclaimer

CHRME is provided "as is". Training and event information is user-generated and may be inaccurate; always verify details with official event organizers. CHRME is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CHRME after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
